I have done
Marathon run, karate, and Bodybuilding competition. Each of
the sport requires different kind of training. Stamina,
(slow twitch -long endurance training) Speed, (Fast twitch –
short endurance training) and Balance are all essential for
a well rounded physical conditioning.
I have taught most of my
clients Body shaping as well as balance training from Tai
Chi. Seems to be a well rounded regiment. My goal is to set
the client up to understand the fundamental of body shaping
so that they will become more than confident when entering
any physical exercise program. I can show you the importance
of Muscle conditioning from applying resistance and ligament
and joint conditioning from Tai Chi forms. Acquiring both
muscle strength and enhanced recovery ability from my method
of training.
These
are the following popular program that I have devise for my
clients and maybe one of them is for you.
10
week Basic Body Shaping program: Each week
specializing one of the major body parts. Learning all of
them will give you the control of shaping the body the way
you see fit for yourself.
Fat Burning Cardio circuit training: Total body
workout emphasis of keep moving with little rest in between
and strength training and cardio mix in between.
Core strength, Balance, and Agility training: Popular
for high extreme sport for coordination and harnessing the
inner core for strength.
Tai Chi and Strength Combo training: I have a few
clients that are not quite at the level of a whole hour
workout and need some of the basic strengthening program and
enhance recovery that Tai Chi can bring to the workout.
Vacation-on the road program: If I were to have a
very small gym that I can take on the road with me it would
be the Core Ball and Resistance Tube cord, and get a advance
hard as you want it training and never lag behind in your
fitness routine where ever you go. Sometimes this program is
also good for those that are not quite ready for the gym and
want to do much as they from home.
