professionally for 7 years and is certified with A.C.E
(American Council of Exercise). The American Council of
Exercise is nationally recognized as the most thorough and
intensive training program in the country. As your trainer
certified through this program, you can enjoy the knowledge
that you are in competent hands. You will learn about the
myths and fallacies regarding weight loss and fitness. You
will be counseled to stop dieting, but learn to eat sensibly
and enjoy food. You will not be told that you need "pain to
gain" but will instead learn to increase your intensity
gradually to improve your health for a lifetime.
My unique specialty is that I have been studying Martial
Arts since 1980 and competed in Bodybuilding in 1987. I can
train you in your own home or in the privacy of my facility. I will teach you the
secrets of training smart and getting effective results. You
will learn both Western and Eastern methods of fitness. By
combining my knowledge of ancient Tai Chi and modern weight
training, you will benefit from a unique style of training
that will give you an overall edge in achieving fitness. |
