I Think its important to note that the principle are the same but 2 different style from the individual between the high stance and deep stances. You are your own resistance and by getting deeper you end up increasing the load bearing on your body. Sort of like riding a ten speed bike, and you need to get used to the slower gears before increasing the load. |
