Art's Bootcamp class for those wishing
for a more advanced faster paced training for higher intensity
workout. It is considered to be a strength training class with
intervals of Kara-dio (cardio+karate) in between for a short high intense workout with
cool down and stretching at the end, all in within 30 minutes.
This would be great for those that have coreballs, resistance bands
at home but wanting more direction in using them more efficiently or maybe want
a way to have a few workout equipment down to essential so that you'll never
miss out on workout because of busy schedule.
