       Ball Stability strength training class for those wishing for a more advanced faster paced training for higher intensity workout. It is considered to be a strength training class with intervals of cardio in between for a short high intense workout with cool down and stretching at the end, all in within 50 minutes.

This would be great for those that have a Ball at home but wanting more direction in using them more efficiently or maybe want a way to have a few workout equipment down to essential so that you'll never miss out on workout wherever you travel.
